Positive Vibes Pilates in Westerly, RI is looking for an outgoing, friendly, and motivated Sales Team Leader to guide our front desk and sales operations. This hybrid role includes at least two in-person shifts per week at the studio, with additional remote administrative and sales work.

What You'll Do:

Lead, train, and motivate the front desk team to meet membership and service goals Manage scheduling, team communication, and customer engagement Oversee front desk operations, including membership processing and studio organization Support recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members Collaborate with management on marketing initiatives and local outreach Perform administrative and sales tasks both in-studio and remotely

Strong communication and leadership skills Organized, dependable, and proactive Open to feedback and eager to grow Previous experience in sales or team leadership preferred (fitness industry a plus) Comfortable working both in-person and remotely
