Earn $100K+ creating luxury pools and outdoor living spaces throughout San Antonio, Castroville, La Vernia, Pleasanton, and the Greater San Antonio South. We provide warm, qualified leads, advanced design software, and one of the highest commission structures in the industry. What You'll Do Conduct in-home design consultations with homeowners in San Antonio and surrounding areas. Create and present a custom pool and backyard design using professional design software. Deliver persuasive sales presentations using company-provided materials. Manage follow-up meetings and guide clients through every step of the sales process. Submit completed contract packets for approval. Attend Construction Milestones to ensure a smooth customer experience. Build long-term referral relationships and deliver world-class service. Requirements 1+ year of successful experience in fast-paced, high-level sales High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's preferred) Reliable transportation and valid Texas driver's license Remote Workspace Must pass drug screen and background check Basic computer proficiency (design/drafting experience a plus) Comfortable traveling within the San Antonio metro area for client appointments Ideal Candidate Self-motivated, positive, and professional Teachable and eager to grow within a proven system Person of integrity who values teamwork and customer satisfaction Thrives in a high-energy, results-driven environment Compensation Commission-based position — uncapped earning potential Most new consultants earn $55,000-$80,000 in Year 1 Top performers exceed $100,000+ annually Bonuses and first-class incentive trips for outstanding achievement If you're ready to join the Premier Family and build a rewarding career designing stunning backyard pools in the San Antonio area, apply today!
