How you'll make an impact Handle inbound and outbound sales activity focused on small business accounts, leveraging qualified leads provided by Gallagher Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs and identify appropriate insurance solutions Use CRM systems, digital sales tools and AIsupported platforms to manage leads and track opportunities Quote, bind and support policies in alignment with Gallagher processes and service standards Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales and onboarding experience Support volumebased sales goals while maintaining accuracy, compliance and client satisfaction.

About You Required qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 1 year of relevant commercial insurance experience P&C Insurance licensing required
