About WhitsonLaw PLLC:
We are a fast-growing Boutique family law firm focusing exclusively on the areas of Matrimonial and Family Law such as Divorce, Litigation, Collaborative Law, Adoption, Legal Custody, Child Rights, Child Support, Child Custody, and Joint Custody, Visitation Rights, Modification of Child Support, Grandparents' Rights, and Prenuptial Agreements. We are a Certified Divorce Specialist® Aligned Firm. CDS® designees possess a holistic understanding of the divorce process, accompanied by a unique skillset for effective communication, all of which are expertly applied when assisting you on your divorce journey. Our specially-trained staff, including our Dedicated Client Concierges, are exceptionally well-prepared with invaluable insights and necessary resources to navigate the intricacies of your divorce. Every staff member in our law firm is dedicated to providing our client with the highest level of care and guidance during their crucial life transition. Responsibilities of theRemote Salesperson/Client Engagement Specialist:
- Utilize a consultative selling approach when conducting sales calls with prospective clients.
- In accordance with the ethical rules governing lawyers, the salesperson will not provide legal advice. Rather, the role of the salesperson is to educate the prospect on the expertise and experience of our attorneys and the general services offered by our law firm that can address the particular legal challenge the prospect is currently facing.
- Follow up with potential clients who did not immediately engage our firm.
- Perform "white glove" intake and onboarding of new clients and transition them to the legal team.
- Update firm CRM system and intake systems with details of all interactions with clients and prospects.
- Share data and engage in dialogue with marketing and sales management team regarding the quality and quantity of leads, offer constructive feedback and suggestions for improving our sales in take processes based upon your "front lines" experience.
- Attend trainings periodically to refine and hone your skills and knowledge base.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience- 2 years of success selling luxury, high-end, or professional services
- Proven track record with, and strong interest in, consultative solution sales
- Experience with any CRM, particularly reporting
- Real life experience to give you empathy for the potential clients you meet
- Knowledge of the legal industry is a plus - but is not required
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
