Experienced Roofing Sales Representative Reliance Roofing & RestorationNorth Texas / DFW Area Reliance Roofing & Restoration is looking for an experienced Roofing Sales Representative to join our growing team. We're looking for someone who already understands the roofing industry, knows how to generate and close business, and is comfortable working directly with homeowners throughout the insurance claim and restoration process. This is a great opportunity for an experienced salesperson who wants to get in with a growing company and have the ability to earn based on performance. What We're Looking For Previous roofing sales experience strongly preferred Experience with storm damage and insurance claims Comfortable prospecting and door knocking Ability to inspect properties and identify potential storm damage Confident communicating with homeowners and building trust Comfortable meeting with insurance adjusters when needed Able to follow leads from initial contact through signed contract Self-motivated, dependable, professional, and organized Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Responsibilities You'll be responsible for developing new roofing opportunities throughout the North Texas/DFW market, meeting with homeowners, inspecting properties, explaining the roofing and insurance process, following up with prospects, and closing projects. We want someone who can manage their own pipeline and understands that consistent activity produces consistent sales. Compensation Commission-based with strong earning potential. Compensation structure will be discussed with qualified candidates and can be based on experience and proven sales performance. Why Reliance?
