What You'll Do As a Roofing Sales Representative, you'll work directly with homeowners to identify roofing and exterior remodeling opportunities and guide customers through the entire process.
Your responsibilities will include:
Generate and close residential roofing sales Perform roof and exterior inspections Identify storm-related and other roofing damage Meet with homeowners and present professional solutions Educate customers on roofing systems, materials, warranties, and project options Work with homeowners through the insurance restoration process when applicable Prepare and present estimates and proposals Follow up with prospects and maintain a strong sales pipeline Negotiate and close contracts Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout production Work closely with production and management to ensure a smooth customer experience Generate referrals and repeat business Maintain accurate records and customer information in the company CRM We're Looking for
