Roofing Sales Representative Crown Peak Roofing | Ohio Crown Peak Roofing is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Roofing Sales Representative to join our team. This is a commission-based sales position designed for an experienced roofing salesperson who knows how to generate their own opportunities, sell directly to homeowners, and close roofing projects. We are specifically looking for someone with experience in roofing sales, door-to-door sales, customer communication, and closing deals. Compensation 15% Commission on Installed Jobs Your commission is based on the contract value of roofing jobs you sell and is paid as the project is successfully completed and Crown Peak Roofing receives payment.

Example:

• $15,000 roof = $2,250 commission
• $20,000 roof = $3,000 commission
• $25,000 roof = $3,750 commission
• $30,000 roof = $4,500 commission
• $40,000 roof = $6,000 commission Unlimited earning potential. Responsibilities
• Generate roofing leads through door-to-door canvassing and other sales activities
• Inspect and identify potential roofing opportunities
• Meet with homeowners and understand their roofing needs
• Present roofing solutions and explain project options
• Sell residential roofing projects from initial contact through signed contract
• Maintain consistent communication with homeowners throughout the sales process
• Work with Crown Peak Roofing to coordinate projects through installation
• Follow up with prospects and existing customers
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information
• Represent Crown Peak Roofing professionally in the community
• Consistently meet personal sales and production goals

Qualifications Required:

• Previous roofing sales experience
• Proven door-to-door sales experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to close sales
• Comfortable approaching and speaking with homeowners
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to work outdoors and travel throughout the service area

Preferred:

• Experience with storm-damage roofing
• Experience working with insurance claims
• Existing roofing/customer relationships
• Experience with residential construction
