In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients in selecting the perfect pool or spa for their home. Your expertise in design and sales will help elevate our customers' experiences, ensuring they have a positive pool design and construction experiance. Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand their design needs and preferences. Utilize Pool Studio to create visual representations of design concepts for clients. Conduct outside sales activities to expand the client base and promote our offerings. Maintain a clean and organized workspace that reflects our brand standards. Collaborate with team members to achieve company goals and enhance overall customer experience. Experience Proven experience in customer service, preferably in sales or design environment. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated for outside sales initiatives.
