We're hiring an Area Manager to cover Worcester County . This is a hybrid sales and operations role. You'll win new accounts, support the accounts you win, and take over operations for an existing book of business in the territory. Sales We provide some leads through paid marketing and our website You're expected to generate your own leads through email prospecting, cold calling, walk-ins, networking, and referrals Run the full sales process: appointment setting, site walks, proposals, pricing, and closing Sell special services (deep cleans, strip & wax, etc.) to new and existing customers Operations Take over operations for an existing book of business in the territory Provide operational support on the new accounts you win, from startup through ongoing service Serve as the main point of contact for customers, handling site visits, quality checks, and issues Manage and hold service providers accountable to our standards What We're Looking For Strong sales background with a track record of building client relationships and prospecting your own leads Comfortable being on the road most of the day: visiting job sites, meeting clients, and managing service providers Based in Worcester County with reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Compensation, Benefits, & Structure Compensation:

Total On-Target Earnings of $55,000

• 100,000+ (uncapped) Your pay grows with the accounts you win and keep.

The commission has no ceiling, so top performers can exceed this range over time Bonus compensation comes from three sources: new account sales, special service sales, and customer retention
