Job Description:
We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to engage with pre-qualified leads and guide them toward purchasing our satellite-based intelligence services across mining.

This role is primarily focused on handling inbound and pre-qualified outbound leads, with a smaller portion of targeted cold outreach.

Nature of LeadsIn most cases, you will already have key information about the prospect before the call, including:

Location (coordinates or region)Industry (mining or agriculture)Use case or intentLand size and operational contextYour role is to use this information effectively to drive meaningful conversations and conversions, rather than starting from scratch.

What Youll Be DoingYou will work across inbound, outbound, and occasional cold outreach workflows, with a strong emphasis on requirement mapping and conversion.1. Lead Engagement (Primary Focus)Contact inbound and pre-qualified outbound leads provided by our teamReview available lead data before initiating conversationStart conversations with context and relevanceBuild trust quickly by demonstrating understanding of the prospects situation2. Value-Based SellingClearly explain our satellite-based services in a simple and relevant wayTailor the value proposition based on the leads known use caseHelp prospects understand how our solution applies to their land or objectiveFocus on contextual, need-based conversations rather than generic pitching3. Requirement Mapping (Core Responsibility)Guide conversations to identify the most suitable report or analysis typeHelp prospects choose between different service optionsAsk targeted follow-up questions to refine requirementsEnsure clarity on:

Objective (exploration, validation, monitoring, etc.)Area of interestExpected outcomes4. Conversion & Follow-ThroughMove qualified leads toward purchase or commitmentHandle basic objections and clarify doubtsMaintain momentum in conversations to reduce drop-offsCoordinate next steps such as report initiation or internal handoff5.
