Role Description This is a full-time Winchester, VA based role for a Sales Development Representative. In this role, you will identify and qualify sales opportunities, generate leads, and establish strong relationships with potential customers. Responsibilities include conducting outreach via email and phone, scheduling meetings, supporting business development efforts, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve revenue goals. You will also be responsible for maintaining detailed documentation within the CRM system and providing timely follow-ups with prospects. Qualifications Proven skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation for identifying and engaging with potential clients Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build relationships and address customer needs Experience in Sales and Business Development to support revenue growth and target achievement Proficiency in CRM tools and ability to organize and track sales activities Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving results in a remote work environment Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business success Experience in manufacturing or packaging industries is a plus Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
