full-time Our client, a leading real estate company, is hiring a Sales Enablement Specialist ! This role is remote days a week!
•This is a 2-month W2 contract with benefits!
• In this role, you will support Sales Operations by equipping sales representatives with the tools, training, and processes they need to get the most out of Salesforce . You will work closely with the sales team to provide training, build reports and dashboards, and identify ways to improve the sales process while partnering with Marketing, Technology, and Brand teams.
Responsibilities:
Train sales reps on Salesforce and create training materials to help them use the platform effectively. Identify and improve sales processes by finding bottlenecks, gathering feedback, and helping implement workflow improvements. Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to help sales leadership track performance, pipeline health, and productivity. Serve as the main Salesforce support resource for the sales team, helping with platform questions, configurations, and day-to-day issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in sales, sales operations, or sales enablement , preferably in real estate or technology. Hands-on Salesforce CRM experience is required. Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel , including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, formulas, filters, and charts. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills , with the ability to work across different teams.
