Clients call us and we establish US and offshore corporations, LLC, trusts, bank and investment accounts and legal tools to protect their assets from lawsuits. We compete with companies such as LegalZoom and started 85 years before their founding.

This is not an entry-level sales position. Please do not apply unless you can prove prior top-level sales performance with numbers, rankings, awards, quota history, commission history, or verifiable references. If you can prove that you are a top sales professional

• and pass our intensive background check, no asset protection industry experience required — proven sales experience required.

Our training program will teach you everything else you need to know. The reason we are hiring is because we have more prospective clients calling us than we have the capacity to serve. Thus, the position is extremely fast-paced. You will have a full schedule taking call after call from prospective clients.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Looking for full-time long-term sales professional to take inbound phone calls and put together business and asset protection plans for clients. For example, from the training we provide, when a businessperson calls who is concerned about legal liability, you will know which US and international companies, trusts, banks and investments to recommend to keep him or her financially safe and secure. You will also work with other attorneys, plus accountants and other professionals who continuously order from you on their clients' behalf. We have a full legal department to complete the paperwork. So, you only speak to prospective clients. The document work is fulfilled by our legal department. You will be telecommuting from home most of the time. Our current top sales professionals are earning between $140,000 and $475,000 per year.

We are currently looking for professionals in the Eastern, Central, Mountain and Pacific time zones.
