$22.00 - $25.00 / hour + $200 - $400 bonus per new program launched About STL Academy STL Academy provides high-quality youth sports clinics and enrichment programs—focusing on fundamental skill development, teamwork, and athletic confidence across soccer, tennis, basketball, and golf. As we expand our reach into neighboring communities and school districts, we are looking for an experienced, self-motivated sales professional to drive outreach and secure new program partnerships. Key Responsibilities Identify and pitch new venue and host partners, including public and private school districts, community centers, municipal recreation departments, and local sports complexes. Promote and advertise existing STL Academy sports clinics and seasonal programs to neighboring districts and youth athletic coordinators.

Manage the full outreach cycle:

research target contacts, conduct initial outreach (cold email/call), deliver virtual presentations, and guide leads to signed agreements. Coordinate with the program director to review facility specs, seasonal timelines, and onboarding logistics for confirmed locations. Maintain an accurate log of outreach activity and follow-ups. Qualifications 2+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, account acquisition, or community outreach (background in youth sports, scholastic athletics, or recreation partnerships is strongly preferred).

Location & Regional Insight:

Based in New Jersey with strong familiarity with local athletic landscapes and the NJ school system (strongly preferred). Availability for

Onboarding:

Able to attend 1-2 paid, in-person training and orientation sessions prior to transitioning fully remote. Familiarity with school district facility rental procedures, Board of Education timelines, or municipal recreation boards is a significant plus. Strong written communication, phone etiquette, and presentation skills. Self-directed and organized, comfortable working independently in a remote setting.

Compensation & Perks Hourly Pay:

$22.00 - $25.00 per hour (based on relevant experience).

Launch Incentive:

$200.00 - $400.00 cash bonus for each new program successfully secured and launched.

Flexible Schedule:

Set your own part-time working hours (10-15 hours/week).

Primarily Remote:

Conduct research, outreach, and partner calls from home following 1-2 initial in-person training sessions.
