Responsibilities:

Connect with prospective clients using provided leads to understand their insurance needs. Present and explain our portfolio of insurance products, tailoring recommendations to individual circumstances. Achieve and exceed established sales goals. Participate in team meetings and ongoing training to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and on the phone. Demonstrated ability to persuade and negotiate effectively. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. While a degree and 1-3 years of sales or marketing experience are a plus, we encourage all motivated individuals with a strong work ethic to apply. Must be able to attain and maintain a current state insurance license in life, health, and accident (training provided for qualified candidates).
