As a Commission-Only Sales Representative, you will have an uncapped income stream with the potential to make significant money on high-ticket home improvement projects.

What You'll Be Selling Residential & Commercial Painting:

High-quality interior and exterior painting services.

Siding Repair & Replacement:

Specialized focus on stucco repair , as well as vinyl, wood, and fiber-cement siding.

Exterior Living Spaces:

Custom-built decks, gazebos, pergolas, and structural outdoor improvements.

General Exterior Home Improvements:

Roofing, windows, and other contractor services.

What You'll Do Generate & Close Leads:

Respond to company-provided leads and actively prospect for new residential and commercial clients.

Conduct On-Site Consultations:

Meet with homeowners to assess their project needs, take measurements, and present tailored solutions.

Provide Estimates & Present Proposals:

Deliver clear, accurate project estimates and confidently close the sale.

Build Relationships:

Act as the face of Another Man's Treasures, ensuring clear communication from the initial handshake to the contract signing. Knowledge of residential construction is a must. This position will provide a draw against commission.

Pay:

Up to $100,000.00 per year
