In this role, you will be the face of our company, engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Your enthusiasm and excellent communication skills will drive sales growth, foster strong customer relationships, and promote our brand's reputation. Duties Actively engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend appropriate products or services Drive route to various customer locations, job sites and potential jobs Conduct upselling by introducing additional products or upgrades that benefit the customer and increase sales revenue Manage pricing strategies effectively to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining profitability Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, route logs, and customer interactions Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and building lasting relationships Skills Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey product benefits and negotiate effectively Proficiency in math for calculating pricing, discounts, and profit margins Excellent organizational skills for managing schedules, routes, and managing multiple tasks at once Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on building long-term client relationships Familiarity with sales strategies, upselling techniques, and pricing adjustments Prior construction / trade experience along with ability to read house plans is a plus
