Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team! Responsibilities Engage in outside sales activities to identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories. Manage existing accounts through effective account management strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Conduct product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to showcase solutions tailored to client needs. Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and targeted marketing initiatives to expand the sales pipeline. Develop and execute territory management plans to maximize coverage and sales potential across designated regions. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track customer interactions, manage sales funnels, and analyze performance metrics. Negotiate contracts and close deals by understanding client requirements, offering compelling solutions, and upselling where appropriate. Skills Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a focus on account growth. Strong management skills with the ability to lead negotiations and influence decision-makers. Expertise in business development strategies, lead generation techniques, and territory management. Proficiency with CRM software like Salesforce or similar tools for customer relationship management. Excellent communication skills for conducting product demos, customer service interactions, and sales negotiations. Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop strategic plans for territory expansion. Knowledge of retail sales environments, inside sales techniques, and cold calling methods is a plus. Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
