• Individuals with no experience but have a desire to work and perform to earn a high-level Compensation
• Licensed Loan Officers to come aboard and utilize our Corporate support and tools to further enhance your upward movement within Management and Compensation
• Aggressive MLO Compensation models
• Aggressive Management opportunities
• Training and support for non-licensed candidates

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess creditworthiness and financial risk
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively
