Conduct route driving to visit clients or deliver products safely and efficiently while adhering to DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations. Manage automobile transportation logistics, including safe loading, unloading, and heavy lifting using proper lifting practices. Apply strong math skills for pricing calculations, discounts, and upselling opportunities to maximize sales revenue. Maintain organized merchandising displays that attract customers and promote product visibility. Communicate clearly with clients and team members to coordinate deliveries, route schedules, and sales strategies. Requirements Proven experience in retail sales or customer service roles; retail store experience is highly valued. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; commercial truck driving experience is a plus. Knowledge of pricing strategies, upselling techniques, and basic math for accurate transactions. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while following proper lifting practices. Familiarity with DOT regulations related to commercial driving and transportation safety standards. Strong communication skills for client interaction, negotiations, and team collaboration. Organizational skills to manage route schedules, merchandising setups, and documentation efficiently. Experience in merchandising or client relationship building is preferred but not required.
