Duties Engage with customers in retail stores and through client communication channels to promote products and services. Build lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service. Conduct route driving to visit clients, deliver products, and perform merchandising activities. Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities and increase revenue. Manage automobile transportation logistics, ensuring safe loading, unloading, and delivery of goods following DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations. Perform heavy lifting and safe lifting practices when handling merchandise or equipment. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pricing adjustments, and customer interactions while adhering to organizational standards. Qualifications Prior retail store experience or similar customer-facing roles is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients. Basic math skills for pricing, calculations, and order processing. Valid driver's license with commercial truck driving experience or commercial driving certification is a plus. Knowledge of DOT regulations related to commercial driving and automobile transportation. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and follow safe lifting practices consistently. Organizational skills for route planning, merchandising, and maintaining accurate records. Experience in sales, upselling, or client relationship building is highly desirable.
