Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business. Achieve sales targets by effectively promoting products and services. Provide product knowledge and support to customers, answering any questions they may have. Process transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer service. Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience. Stay updated on industry trends, product offerings, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate value to customers. Qualifications The Candidate must provide a Valid Driver Licence . The Candidate must have clean driving record. The Candidate must able to practice English and Spanish. The Job will be sales on job-sites with considerable a radius in state. The Candidate must be able to drive long hours . The Candidate must be available during day shift and in the week time. The Candidate must be able to lift min 30 Ibs and organized the warehouse and the materials. The Candidate must help his/her teammates on different tasks and side works. Proven experience in sales or customer service roles is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment. A proactive approach to meeting customer needs and exceeding expectations. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability. Basic computer skills for managing sales transactions and customer information effectively.
