Job Description
Sales Representative
- Marketing Support & Bonuses Hope Heroes ATX / Hope Heroes SA Hope Heroes ATX and Hope Heroes SA are seeking motivated and results-driven Sales Representatives to join our growing team.
- Compensation & Income Potential 1099 independent contractor (commission-based) Estimated first-year earnings: $60,000
- $150,000+ based on performance Average first-year agent earns approximately $85,000 Weekly commission advances on new sales (up to 9 months) Monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual performance bonuses Production-based residual income Uncapped earning potential
Note:
Earnings are performance-based and not guaranteed. Actual income depends on individual production, activity level, and sales performance.- Marketing & Bonus Support $1,500 marketing allowance upon appointment $500 weekly marketing support (based on activity and performance requirements)
Milestone Bonus Program:
o Up to $4,750 in the first 13 weeks o Up to $27,500 in the first year based on production- Key Responsibilities Generate and manage new business opportunities Communicate with prospects and clients professionally Follow up with leads and maintain strong relationships Meet weekly and monthly production goals Maintain accurate sales records and activity tracking Participate in training and team meetings
- Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented Ability to work independently in a commission-based environment Sales or customer-facing experience preferred but not required Coachable and willing to learn Reliable phone and internet access Must be authorized to work as an independent contractor
