If you're the type of person who loves talking to people, isn't afraid to hear "no," and gets excited about turning conversations into sales, we want to meet you. We're not looking for someone who wants to collect a paycheck—we're looking for someone who wants to build one. What You'll Do Meet with homeowners to discuss landscaping and hardscape projects. Build relationships and earn customers' trust. Educate clients on our services and provide solutions that fit their needs. Follow up with leads and keep communication consistent. Work alongside our team to help turn estimates into signed contracts. Represent Golden Eagle Hardscapes with professionalism and integrity. What We're Looking For A confident, outgoing personality who genuinely enjoys talking with people. Self-motivated and hungry to succeed. Money-driven with a strong work ethic. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Experience in landscaping, hardscaping, construction, or a related industry is strongly preferred. Ability to build rapport quickly and close sales. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Pay 100% Commission There is no cap on your earnings . Your income is based entirely on your performance. The more you sell, the more you make.
