We are looking for a driven salesperson to grow our Traverse City/Upper Michigan territory! As part of the Century Resources sales team, you'll engage with students and teachers throughout the territory sharing the most stable fundraising program in the industry. You should expect to travel anywhere between 20 min to 3 hours from the Cadillac, Grayling, Houghton Lake area. This is a road warrior, boots on the ground position. The right candidate will have a top-notch work ethic and understand the true meaning of a consultative sale. This position will start at $65,000 (a combination of base salary + draw against commission). If sales goals are met within the school year, you can earn bonuses and commissions on top of that. Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with schools to drive sales growth. Engage in school-to-school cold calling and networking to identify new opportunities. Conduct sales and fundraiser kickoff presentations to showcase offerings effectively. Utilize negotiation skills to close deals and meet sales targets. Manage accounts and provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction. Leverage technology and mobile applications to streamline sales processes and reporting.

Requirements:

Have outside sales experience Live in the Cadillac, Grayling, and Houghton Lake area to be able to travel school-to-school; this is not a remote position and you will be on-the-road five days a week Have a valid driver's license, insurance and reliable automobile Have experience with Microsoft Office and mobile applications Be ready to set up and manage a personal business office in your home ___________________ Century Resources has almost 50 years of experience, is based in Columbus, Ohio and serves over 15 states.
