About Us SoHy Station is a premier event venue that specializes in creating unique, memorable experiences for our clients and their guests. We pride ourselves on creativity, professionalism, and community connection. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. Position Overview The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and promoting the venue and its services. This position is commission-based and offers unlimited earning potential for individuals who are highly motivated and sales-oriented. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients Respond to inquiries, provide detailed venue information, and close bookings Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outreach, networking, and referrals Manage the event booking process from inquiry to signed contract Upsell add-on services to maximize client satisfaction and revenue Collaborate with operations staff to ensure successful event execution Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals Compensation 25% commission on bookings/packages between $750 - $2,499 35% commission on bookings/packages $2,500 and above Add-on services included in commissionable earnings Monthly bonus program : Earn an additional 20% of total sales when booking 4+ events within a single month
