VENTURA COUNTY- Fence Sales Representative - CalCoast Fencing CalCoast Fencing is seeking experienced and motivated Sales Representatives to perform in-home fence estimates, specializing in aluminum vinyl and composite fencing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Meet with homeowners through pre-scheduled appointments Conduct on-site measurements and provide accurate estimates Recommend suitable fencing products based on customer needs Close sales during appointments Perform timely follow-ups with potential clients to secure deals and maintain relationships

Qualifications:

Proven sales experience (home improvement industry preferred) Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) Excellent closing and negotiation abilities Self-motivated, reliable, and results-driven Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Compensation:

Commission-based pay (10%+ per deal) Earning potential of $8,000-$30,000+ per month

After training, you will be expected to communicate professionally with customers, follow up consistently, and work toward closing sales.

Pay:

$100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
