Responsibilities Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner to understand their needs and recommend products or services that best support individuals and families. Achieve or exceed individual sales goals through effective selling techniques and relationship-building. Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently explain features, benefits, pricing, and promotions. Process sales transactions accurately using CRM systems and handle card payments when required. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty. Follow up with leads, inquiries, and potential customers to maximize sales opportunities. Support store operations by assisting with cleanliness, and operational standards. Collaborate with team members and management to create a positive, family-oriented, and customer-focused environment. Learn leadership and operational responsibilities to prepare for future growth opportunities within the company. Stay informed about company promotions, new products, and sales strategies to effectively communicate with customers. Experience Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a sales-related role preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers and families. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail. Comfortable using computers and technology for daily tasks, including processing transactions, entering customer information, and navigating company systems.. Proven ability to meet sales goals and deliver excellent customer experiences. Leadership potential and an interest in growing into a management position are highly encouraged. Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus and highly valued. Strong organizational skills and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
