Current, unrestricted license to practice Physical Therapy in Georgia (or eligibility to obtain) Strong clinical reasoning and evaluation skills in outpatient/hospital settings Experience developing and modifying treatment plans based on patient goals and physician direction Commitment to safety, compliance, and ethical practice in line with discipline-specific standards Comfort with documentation, goal writing, and record-keeping using approved formats Engagement in ongoing professional development and continuing educationKey Responsibilities:
Complete comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Implement and modify therapy programs to facilitate effective patient outcomes and community reintegration Document all patient care activities clearly and efficiently, adhering to clinical and regulatory guidelines Direct and delegate therapy services as appropriate for assigned patients Foster positive relationships as an educator to patients, families, students, and colleagues Ensure patient and workplace safety by adhering to established policies and reporting hazards promptly Support continuous performance improvement initiatives and uphold organizational valuesExceptional Benefits and Perks:
