POSITION SUMMARY

Taubensee Steel & Wire is looking for Sales Service Representatives to grow with our organization and further their sales career. Our training program will provide you the knowledge and skills to be successful and provide outside sales career path opportunities for the future. Sales Service Representatives will directly manage customer accounts, assist with new and existing business development and problem resolution to provide the best service to our customers.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBLITIES

Meeting and exceeding monthly or annual sales goals Identifying decision makers amongst the targeted leads in order to start sales process Developing customer relationships in order to support customer needs and inquiries Working daily with Outside Sales counterpart(s) ensuring all parties are up-to-speed on all aspects within designated territory Documenting sales activities via appropriate methods and channels Capturing of accurate and complete information in computer system Cooperating with Sales Service Manager and Regional Sales Representatives to determine essential strategic approaches for sales Emphasizing service or product features and benefits, discussing credit terms, quoting prices, and preparing sales order reports or forms Handling cancellations or changes in sales order and communicating the changes with the related departments Coordinating with Mill production departments at all three facilities and 3PL for status on orders to ensure the delivery commitment to customers met Creating and delivering qualified targets to Regional Sales Reps where allowed Participating fully in training sessions, meetings, skill building and professional development classes Attending sales group meeting concerning sales targets or forecasts, reporting on market situation Attending industry conferences to develop industry expertise and to build your network

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Email Positive self-starter who is a team player
