Doing:
  • As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will utilize your extensive knowledge and advanced skills to tackle complex operational and administrative challenges. Your expertise will play a crucial role in optimizing sales processes, enhancing data accuracy, and improving customer interactions. Your contributions will significantly impact the effectiveness and efficiency of the sales team.
  • Key Tasks: 
  • + Manage and process high-complexity orders and advanced order management.

+ Develop highly detailed and customized customer quotes.

+ Ensure the integrity and accuracy of sales data in the CRM system.

+ Design and lead advanced product training programs for sales teams and partners.

+ Plan and execute significant sales events and promotional activities.

+ Resolve high-complexity customer inquiries and issues.

+ Create comprehensive and insightful sales activity reports and dashboards.

+ Collaborate with multiple departments to enhance sales processes.

+ Oversee the management of extensive and detailed sales documentation.

+ Provide expert-level administrative support and mentorship to junior sales associates.

  • Compensation:
  • $47,600.00 - $81,250.00 USD _Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position. Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location.
