Responsibilities Service our current Allstate customers. Upsell and identify any gaps in coverages. Serve your local community by helping them prepare for life's uncertainties Educate prospective customers on how to protect their families and assets Provide a positive customer experience Job Qualifications Insurance experience is NOT required Professional experience with customer interaction is required Associates degree is Preferred. Willing to receive a Property & Casualty license, it is included in the paid onboarding/training! Confident, motivated, high energy individual Able to multi-task, follow through and follow-up Have excellent verbal and written communication skills Benefits Development role, become a licensed insurance agent with mentorship and training from one of the BEST Allstate agencies out there. Base (not including commission/bonuses) ranges $50k-60k based on experience Insurance license will be obtained during our paid training process. Can be remote/hybrid scheduling once trained.
