General Summary of Position We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to support our sales team in delivering a world class sales experience and customer service. This position will report directly to and support the VP of Sales and will also help support the broader sales team. This person will own preparation for customer meetings and trade shows, build and maintain sales materials, act as a bridge between Marketing and Sales, manage item setup in Excel and customer portals, coordinate retail display creation and processes and many other integral parts of the business. The ideal candidate is extremely organized, a proactive self-starter who anticipates needs, is highly analytical, and can manage many projects at once. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Support the VP of Sales and sales team with meeting prep: agendas, decks, data, and follow-up materials.
  • Prepare and coordinate trade show logistics and collateral (booth materials, product, shipping, etc).
  • Create, update, and maintain sales presentations, proposals, one-pagers, pricing worksheets, and product sheets.
  • Serve as primary liaison between Marketing and Sales to align content, requests, and campaign materials.
  • Complete item setup and maintenance in Excel and customer-specific portals; ensure data accuracy for SKUs, pricing, and descriptions.
  • Manage retail display design, production, ordering, and fulfillment processes.
  • Maintain and organize a central library of sales assets and templates; enforce version control and brand standards.
  • Produce regular and ad-hoc sales reports, dashboards, and analytics to support forecasting and decision-making.
  • Anticipate sales team needs, prioritize tasks, and drive projects to completion with minimal direction.
  • Travel is not a primary duty of this role; however, domestic, and international travel may be required on an as-needed basis Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2+ years in sales support, sales operations, or related role supporting senior sales leaders.
  • Extraordinary attention to detail, high level of organization, extremely accurate, reliable, deadline-driven, quick learner with demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • Proactive, self-starting mindset; ability to anticipate needs, and an independent problem-solver who asks the right questions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Experience with building sales presentations with MS PowerPoint
  • Analytical aptitude and comfort working with data and reporting tools. Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables).
  • Experience supporting trade shows and event logistics.
  • Familiarity with marketing workflows, retail displays/signage, and content libraries.
  • A passion for the outdoors and MTN OPS
  • Exceptional product knowledge in the channel, both internal and competitive
  • Team player who can collaborate cross-functionally. Location

  • Reports directly to VP of Sales Compensation
  • $45k - $55k + Bonus (DOE)
