• Works for the sellers
• regional sales managers, inside sellers
• Come to their team for quotes, processing of orders, follow ups on orders, etc.
• Some of the same tasks, but focused on the sellers (the seller is the customer)
• Dealing with a set # of sellers
• each team member
• Communicating with the Sellers via phone, email, or Teams call or message
• Seller works directly with the end client and the Seller comes to the SSS with the request and SSS will provide the answer back to the seller OR client (could be requested to send quote back to the client)
• Never going to suggest equipment/product without the Seller's recommendation/insight

Pay Rate :

$22.50/hr

Contract:

6 Month Additional Skills & Qualifications

MUST HAVE

• 2+ years of Customer Service, Sales Support, Order Entry experience
• Ability to work with different personalities and adjusting to their needs
• Critical thinking required
• MS Office
• Word, Excel, Outlook (live in Outlook)
• CRM System is Salesforce
• previous experience with Salesforce is preferred
• Strong attention to detail, ability to adjust their day/time based on requests
• Strong communication skills and have tough skin when things get difficult

NICE TO HAVE

• Previous Sales Support experience
