What You'll Do Lead a High-Performing Sales Team Guide the daily activities of four Field Sales Executives, one Inside Sales Representative, a Presales Specialist, and a Marketing Specialist. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, pipeline reviews, deal strategy sessions, and joint customer calls. Coach team members on prospecting, discovery, consultative selling, negotiation, and closing techniques. Drive accountability for activity quality, pipeline progression, forecast accuracy, and revenue performance. Leverage Salesforce CRM to manage opportunities, improve execution, and ensure data integrity. Own and Grow Your Territory Manage an assigned territory and achieve an individual revenue quota. Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and follow-up on marketing and inside sales generated leads. Lead complex software sales opportunities from initial discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close. Build trusted relationships with customers and industry stakeholders. Maintain accurate forecasts and CRM records. What Success Looks Like Consistent achievement of individual sales targets. Strong contribution to team revenue goals. Healthy pipeline development and opportunity conversion. Improved forecast accuracy and CRM discipline across the team. A motivated, accountable, and high-performing sales organization. Required Qualifications 5+ years of B2B sales experience. 4+ years selling into the printing, packaging, prepress, workflow automation, MIS, or production technology market. Strong understanding of print production workflows and software-driven automation solutions. Demonstrated experience coaching, mentoring, or leading sales professionals. Experience managing pipeline health, forecasting, and sales execution through CRM systems. Salesforce experience strongly preferred. Ability and willingness to travel regularly throughout assigned territories.
