Oak & Key Estate Sales is looking for a motivated Online Estate Sales Team Lead to manage the process of photographing, researching, listing, selling, and coordinating the online sale of estate merchandise throughout the Denver area. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys finding value in unique items, creating compelling online listings, interacting with buyers, and managing the details of an online sale from start to finish. What You'll Do As an Online Estate Sales Team Lead, you'll oversee the online selling process for estate contents, ensuring items are accurately represented, competitively priced, and successfully sold. Online Sale Preparation Sort and organize household contents for online sale Identify items with resale value, including antiques, collectibles, furniture, jewelry, artwork, tools, and unique items Research merchandise Photograph items using a smartphone or camera Write clear and compelling online descriptions Create and manage online listings Accurately document item condition, dimensions, and details Organize merchandise so it can be efficiently located and sold Determine which items should be sold online, donated, or discarded Coordinate the movement and storage of merchandise throughout the process Online Sales Management Monitor active listings and buyer activity Respond to buyer questions and inquiries Track sold merchandise and maintain accurate records Coordinate payment and pickup arrangements Communicate with buyers professionally Resolve customer questions or concerns Ensure purchased items are properly organized and ready for pickup Coordinate shipping or delivery when applicable Team Leadership Train and direct Online Estate Sales Team Members Assign photography, research, listing, and organization tasks Ensure listings are completed accurately and on schedule Maintain high standards for photography, descriptions, and presentation Keep merchandise organized throughout the selling process Communicate project updates and needs with company leadership Take ownership of the success of each online estate sale What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Experienced with online selling, e-commerce, estate sales, antiques, collectibles, resale, or auctions Comfortable using online marketplaces and selling platforms A natural leader who can confidently direct a small team Knowledgeable about furniture, antiques, collectibles, jewelry, tools, and household merchandise Comfortable researching the value of unfamiliar items Strong at writing descriptions and presenting products online Detail-oriented with a good eye for photography and presentation Outgoing, professional, and customer-focused Reliable and highly organized Comfortable using smartphones, apps, computers, and online platforms Able to manage multiple listings and projects at once Comfortable working independently and making decisions in the field Professional and trustworthy when working inside clients' homes Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and move merchandise when necessary

• Must be comfortable standing, lifting and bending for long durations of the day.
