Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Provide product knowledge, training, and first-time equipment setup support as needed.
Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing and terms within guidelines, and process sales documentation.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and territory inventory using CRM and internal systems.
Monitor territory market conditions and provide feedback on competition, product performance, and new product opportunities.
Support trade shows, dealer events, and industry activities within the territory.
Collaborate with internal teams, including production, accounting, shipping, and customer support, to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Submit regular reports including sales activity, expenses, forecasts, and territory updates.
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned. Qualifications Associate's degree in Agriculture, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.2+ years of sales experience; agricultural equipment industry experience preferred.
Proven ability to build relationships and meet sales objectives.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel within assigned territory, including overnight travel as needed. General Job Description The Territory Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth, supporting and developing dealer relationships, and representing Art's Way products within the assigned territory. This role works closely with dealers, customers, and internal teams to deliver product knowledge, sales support, and market feedback that supports overall company growth.
