Client Services and Sales Coordinator - Flooring Showroom (Full Time, Tues-Sat) We're looking for a motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Office & Sales Associate. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with customers, staying organized, and helping grow sales in a fast-paced flooring business.

Schedule:

Full-time, Tuesday-Saturday Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in our showroom Handle phone calls and respond to customer inquiries Schedule estimates and cleaning services Prepare and follow up on quotes and invoices Maintain showroom appearance and product displays Support customers in choosing the right flooring solutions for their project Build strong customer relationships to drive repeat and referral business

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Basic computer and scheduling software experience Sales or office experience preferred (flooring experience a plus, but not required) Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
