About Us:
The Vaden family owns and operates 14 dealerships across coastal Georgia and South Carolina. For over 50 years, we've proudly served thousands of customers throughout the Southeast and actively supported charitable organizations and our local communities. Vaden Automotive is looking for motivated Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to join our team. In this role, you will respond to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using a guided script to provide information on vehicle pricing and availability. Your primary goal is to set appointments for potential customers to visit the dealership and meet with our sales team. Respond to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using a guided script Provide accurate and professional answers about vehicle pricing and availability Identify customer needs and respond in a friendly and helpful manner Schedule multiple customer appointments daily with the dealership sales team Follow up with leads who are not yet ready to schedule an appointmentWhat We're Looking For:
Automotive BDC experience is a plus, but not required — we train for success! Call center or customer service background is helpful Strong communication and customer service skills Positive, upbeat attitude with motivation to succeed Energetic, team-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment Ability to multitask, follow directions, and remain adaptable Strong work ethic and professional appearance High school diploma or equivalent Strong communication skills and required use of Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Outlook (email), and cellular phone communicationWhat We Offer:
