Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services, ensuring a positive buying experience Conduct route driving to visit clients, deliver products, or perform merchandising tasks efficiently and safely Utilize strong communication skills to explain pricing options, upsell additional products or services, and answer customer questions clearly and confidently Manage merchandising displays to enhance product visibility and attract customer attention Perform heavy lifting when handling inventory, supplies, or promotional materials as required Maintain organized records of sales activities, customer interactions, and route schedules for optimal efficiency Drive commercial vehicles responsibly, adhering to all safety regulations and traffic laws while on the road Skills Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers and convey information effectively Strong math skills for calculating pricing, discounts, and sales totals accurately Proven experience in sales or customer service roles with a focus on upselling techniques Ability to operate vehicles safely for route driving and commercial driving tasks Knowledge of merchandising principles to create appealing product displays Physical capability for heavy lifting and performing physical tasks throughout the day Organizational skills to manage schedules, routes, and inventory efficiently Background in military service is a plus, demonstrating discipline, teamwork, and leadership qualities Knowledge about racing parts.
