Responsibilities Manage a book of business effectively, ensuring customer retention and satisfaction. Create new business opportunities through social media engagement and leveraging personal social circles. Provide exceptional customer service to offer clients a world-class sales experience. Conduct training sessions and uphold all General Motors compliance and testing requirements. Contribute actively to a team-oriented and professional work environment. Requirements Self-motivated with a strong drive to perform in a results-based environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact professionally with clients and colleagues. Leadership capability with potential for career growth within the company. Ability to maintain and grow a personal book of business. Experience or ability to create business through social media platforms and social connections. Ability to pass and uphold all General Motors required testing and compliance standards.

Benefits Competitive compensation:

$40,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year, paid weekly. Flexible pay plan including a weekly salary plus performance-based bonuses. Opportunities for leadership development and career advancement.
