We aren't looking for someone who just simply wants another job. We're looking for someone who wants to become exceptional at what they do. At Call Dad, our Sales University is designed to develop high-performing Comfort Advisors who can communicate, solve problems, serve homeowners at an elite level, and compete to win. You do NOT need years of HVAC sales experience. You DO need drive, discipline, confidence, curiosity, coachability, and the willingness to put in the work. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license and ability to operate a company vehicle Strong communication skills Ability to work a flexible schedule based on homeowner needs Willingness to participate fully in training, coaching, role-play, and performance evaluations HVAC experience is NOT required Sales experience is helpful, but NOT required Willingness to travel in our markets in the Carolinas to present solutions to our customers

You'll role-play. You'll be coached. You'll receive feedback. You'll compete. And you'll be expected to improve. What Happens After Sales University Training? Earn your opportunity and you'll become a Call Dad Comfort Advisor, meeting with homeowners throughout the Carolinas and helping families make some of the biggest comfort decisions they'll make for their homes. You'll receive company-generated opportunities, a company vehicle and gas card, continued coaching, and the opportunity to build a serious sales career. The Opportunity This is a performance-driven career. Our highest-performing Comfort Advisors earn more than $200,000 annually. That doesn't happen by accident.
