Our showroom is a one-stop destination for high-quality flooring, furniture, home accessories, wallpaper, fabric, and custom window treatments. We are looking for a talented, organized, and design-savvy individual to join our team as an Flooring Sales and Operations Coordinator. This is a dynamic, hands-on position that combines day-to-day sales and operations, order coordination, showroom support, and customer service. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys both the creative and logistical sides of the interior design business. What You'll Do Flooring Sales Operations & Order Management Welcome and assist clients in the showroom with a warm and professional approach Help customers select products including rugs, furniture, accessories, fabrics, wallpaper, and flooring Develop strong product knowledge and become familiar with our vendors and product lines Prepare estimates, quotes, orders, and invoices as needed Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and product questions Support our designers with client projects and product selections Keep samples, fabrics, wallpaper, rugs, accessories, and merchandise organized Provide an exceptional customer experience from the showroom to final delivery Manage customer orders from placement through delivery and installation Communicate with vendors regarding pricing, availability, lead times, shipping, and order status Track orders and ensure merchandise is received accurately and on schedule Schedule customer installations and coordinate timing and availability with installers. Coordinate deliveries, pickups, and other project logistics Maintain accurate customer and order information in our systems Identify and resolve issues quickly and professionally Assist with general day-to-day showroom operations What We're Looking For Highly organized with excellent attention to detail Friendly, professional, and comfortable working with customers Strong communication and follow-through skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment Proactive problem-solver who takes ownership of responsibilities Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Strong computer, email, and organizational skills Previous experience in interior design, retail, sales, home furnishings, warehouse, or operations is a plus Must be comfortable with the physical aspects of the position, including driving a forklift, lifting and moving merchandise The Ideal Candidate You are someone who enjoys both the details and the big picture . You can help a customer find the perfect rug, track down a vendor order, receive a shipment, and coordinate a delivery — all in the same day. You have a great eye for design, a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed . You take pride in being organized, getting things done, and creating a great experience for both our clients and our team.
