Mow-Mentum Landscape & Hardscape Services is a family-owned lawn maintenance business in Murrells Inlet, SC. Our company has grown exponentially in the past several years and is now a part of a bigger corporation featuring our sister companies, Creative Landscapes and Pinpoint Pest Management. We offer a wide variety of services between our three companies including Residential and Commercial Lawn Maintenance, IPM Chemical Turf Programs, Landscape Construction, Plant, Shrub, and Tree Installations, Sod Installation, Paver Patio Installation, Fencing Solutions, Drainage Solutions, and Pest Control. Throughout these three companies we emphasize delivering excellence through integrity, reliability, and communication. Growth Opportunities On-The-Job Training Supportive Management & Staff Company Events for Staff Members We are seeking a Sales Consultant to join our team! The Sales Consultant position is highly independent position that will require one on one conversations with new and current clients, the ability to do estimates quickly and accurately, and the ability to provide accurate information to clients and staff. Candidates for this position must be responsible, reliable, and highly knowledgeable in landscaping products and services. This individual must also be a self starter, highly motivated, focused, confident, and have a willingness to learn more within the company. Qualifications Must be dependable, reliable, honest, and detail-oriented. 2 Years+ Landscaping Experience Strong Knowledge of Botany, Landscaping, Landscape Construction, and other products and services that Mow-Mentum has to offer. Must have a valid driver's license. Must be able to physically withstand lengths of time exposed to sun, heat, and other environmental elements Strong attention to detail and able to work at an efficient pace Must be willing to communicate with other departments and employees within the company. Displays integrity with both personnel and project responsibilities. Be able to work in various positions, including, but not limited to, stooping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling, and squatting for extended periods of time.Responsibilities:
Ability to meet new & potential clients to assess their needs/wants/goals for their property and can present solutions to fit where the client desires. Must be comfortable with interacting with clients and can uphold an energetic and professional demeanor. Stay up to date on current landscape & construction material market rates to create accurate prices for quoted services. Promote a positive relationship with team members and management in all departments and divisions. Ability to maintain strong communication with clients through text, phone call, and email. All client questions/concerns should be responded to in a respectful and timely manner. Able to maintain strong communication with other staff members and management. Able to stay organized and work independently without direct supervision. Highly encouraged to take and pass the Certified Landscape Professional course (at company's expense for the first test) through Clemson. Understands and embodies the "responsible salesmanship" principle - individuals in this role should make sales that will benefit both the company and the client. Sales should be made with the goal of meeting client needs, not with the goal of meeting certain sales figures. Must be able to present new ideas that aim to assist with optimizing business production. Can identify potential commercial and residential leads for the company. Able to effectively use CRM and estimating software (ServiceAutopilot, Joist, etc.) Able to operate design software or have the ability to learn design software quickly and effectively. Have constructive conversations with installation leaders and the design team on areas of improvement for sales, videos, photos, etc. Pay will be based off experience.Pay:
