Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team. In this pivotal role, you will drive business growth by managing client relationships, coordinating sales activities, and supporting the sales team in achieving ambitious targets. Your proactive approach and excellent communication skills will help foster strong customer connections, facilitate seamless sales processes, and contribute to expanding our market presence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your management skills while working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. Duties Manage and nurture customer relationships through effective communication and personalized service Support business development initiatives by identifying new sales opportunities and generating leads through prospecting and cold calling Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies and client onboarding processes Utilize CRM software and sales management systems to track leads, monitor sales pipelines, and analyze performance metrics Assist in territory management by planning and executing outside and inside sales activities within designated regions Negotiate deals with clients, close sales efficiently, and upsell additional products or services to maximize revenue Conduct customer needs assessments, deliver product presentations, and provide technical sales support where applicable Qualifications Proven experience in B2B (business-to-business) sales, technology sales, or related fields with a focus on account management or territory sales Strong proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar customer relationship management tools Demonstrated success in lead generation, prospecting, and achieving sales targets in remote or inside sales environments Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills to build lasting client relationships Ability to analyze sales data, identify opportunities for growth, and implement effective strategies Experience with sales management systems proficiency and technical sales experience is highly desirable Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards managing multiple accounts and territories effectively
Pay:
