What You'll Be Doing:

Meet with homeowners and guide them through the claim/build process Inspect properties and identify exterior damage Serve as liaison between homeowner, insurance company, and production Communicate with customers and internal teams throughout the project Maintain CRM updates and sales activity tracking Build relationships and generate additional business opportunities

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Team-oriented mindset Comfortable climbing residential roofs Valid driver's license In-home sales experience in remodeling, roofing, or construction is a plus — but not required. We've also seen people succeed coming from: car sales pest control alarm systems real estate property management phone sales and other face-to-face sales industries Let's Be Real.
