From the customer's first visit to the showroom through the final installation, you'll guide them through the entire purchasing process while providing exceptional service and building lasting customer relationships. Family-owned and operated for more than 42 years Largest flooring selection in the area with guaranteed lowest prices Professional, full-service installation team Supportive, team-oriented work environment Ongoing training and opportunities for career advancement Strong earning potential with bonus incentives Every Sunday off—guaranteed What You'll Do As a Flooring Sales Consultant, your responsibilities will include: Welcome customers and help them explore flooring options based on their design preferences, lifestyle needs, and budget Assist customers in making informed product selections and purchasing decisions Schedule in-home measurements and coordinate installation services Prepare estimates and explain project details for remodel and renovation projects Respond to customer inquiries in person, by phone, and online Maintain attractive, organized, and up-to-date showroom displays Participate in ongoing product knowledge and sales training Support store promotions, events, and marketing initiatives What We're Looking For We're seeking candidates who have: Strong communication and customer service skills A goal-oriented mindset with a positive, professional attitude Confidence assisting customers with design and purchasing decisions A high school diploma or equivalent The ability to work a consistent retail schedule, including days, evenings, Saturdays, and some holidays Basic reading, writing, and math skills Professional and respectful conduct in all customer and team interactions A valid driver's license with a clean driving record Previous sales experience is helpful but not required. We provide hands-on training and ongoing support to help you succeed. Compensation & Benefits Consultants performing at national averages can earn $50,000+ annually.
