Job Description
What You'll Do:
Prospect and develop new commercial customers and business opportunities Build and maintain relationships with businesses, contractors, developers, architects, and other commercial clients Use a consultative, question-based sales approach to understand customer needs and recommend signage solutions Present and promote commercial and architectural signage solutions Manage leads, opportunities, and follow-up through the company CRM/ERP system Develop strategies to increase sales and cultivate new client relationships Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals Stay current on signage products, services, industry trends, and market opportunities Work closely with the existing Sales/PM team to ensure a smooth customer experience Participate in sales meetings and ongoing product/sales trainingIdeal Background:
2+ years of outside sales experience Experience selling commercial or architectural signage Strong knowledge of products such as pylon signs, monument signs, architectural signage, wayfinding, channel letters, and other commercial sign products Proven ability to prospect and generate new business Strong relationship-building, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills Comfortable managing a sales pipeline and working independently in the field Experience working with contractors, developers, architects, property managers, or commercial businesses is a plusCompensation & Benefits:
