Qualifications Real Estate License Full Job Description Compensation:
Comp plan: $2k per month base, $50 per appointment met $1000 bonus for 40 shown appointments in a month, and a $500 bonus for every 10 appointments beyond that Mon-Fri in office 8-5pm and they don't take leads outside of those hours.
Understanding is:
leads you already have, or are engaging with will still need to be handled potentially outside of business hours. You are welcome to claim leads after hours, but you are not required to. Must have a real estate license (and maintain it) - will we talk to them if they don't? Yes. Must be a member of the local association You can make money off of client referrals to the team and no team split is applied to that - and the agent gets to treat it as an agent generated lead so they love it. If you hit 40 every month, it's a $60k/year job If you hit 30 every month, it's a $42k/year job If they do it for a year, and we agree that everyone wants to continue, we could add on to the appointment bonus: $75 per appointment If you hit 40 every month, it's a $72k/year job If you hit 30 every month, it's a $51k/year job After 90 days of full-time employment, PTO and Vacation days will begin and will be available as follows: 7 vacation days per year initially and 5 PTO (sick) days. 10 vacation days after 2 years of employment. If PTO and/or vacation days are not used by the end of the calendar year they are forfeited. Vacation days are to be scheduled 14 days in advance if they are to be used and paid. Key Responsibilities Lead Response Follow-Up Respond quickly to new inbound leads from Zillow, Realtor.com, Ylopo, website inquiries, sign calls, social media, referrals, and other lead sources. Call, text, email, and follow up with new leads using approved scripts, templates, and CRM workflows. Maintain consistent follow-up with older leads and nurture opportunities until they are ready to meet with an agent. Re-engage cold, stalled, or unresponsive leads through outbound call blocks and structured follow-up. Appointment Setting Qualify buyer and seller leads based on motivation, timeline, location, price point, financing status, and readiness to act. Set appointments for agents with qualified buyers, sellers, and potential clients. Confirm appointments and ensure the assigned agent has all relevant details before the appointment. Track appointment outcomes and follow up when appointments are missed, canceled, or need to be rescheduled. CRM Data Management Accurately update all lead notes, statuses, tasks, tags, and communication history in the CRM. Keep lead records clean, organized, and current. Follow team processes for lead handoff, appointment booking, agent assignment, and follow-up tracking. Maintain daily accountability to calls, conversations, appointments set, and appointments held. Communication Client Experience Represent the team professionally in every interaction. Build quick rapport with buyers and sellers by being warm, confident, and helpful. Ask strong qualifying questions without sounding robotic or scripted. Handle common objections and move prospects toward the appropriate next step. Create a smooth handoff between the lead and the assigned agent. Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is: Confident on the phone and comfortable making a high volume of calls. Competitive, coachable, and highly accountable. Organized enough to manage hundreds of leads without letting things slip. Positive, energetic, and resilient. Comfortable with scripts, roleplay, feedback, and performance tracking. Strong at building rapport quickly. Detail-oriented with CRM notes, tasks, and follow-up. Motivated by hitting goals and helping the sales team win.
