Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our Sales Support team in Collierville, Tennessee. In this contract-to-permanent role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring seamless sales operations by managing orders, assisting customers, and supporting internal teams. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic sales environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy and customer service.
Responsibilities:
  • Process customer orders with precision, ensuring accurate entry and timely fulfillment.
  • Provide detailed product pricing, availability information, and competitor cross-references to customers.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional products and enhance revenue.
  • Generate and manage reports related to open orders, backorders, and contract documentation for national accounts.
  • Collaborate with customers to coordinate shipping schedules, material requirements, and resolve order discrepancies.
  • Address issues related to orders, shipments, and invoices, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Support Inside Sales, Sales, and Customer Service teams with activities such as order management, status updates, and return material authorization requests.
  • Work closely with warehouse personnel to organize and facilitate large product returns.
  • Maintain awareness of account process changes and ensure compliance with updated procedures.
  • Execute additional tasks as assigned by the manager to support overall sales operations.
